论文部分内容阅读
作为一名境外访问学者,笔者观摩了导师的环境设计课程,旁听了系里其他老师的Environment design,Environment sasibility,Environmental Chemistry,Techniques of environmental anslysis课程,参与导师的科研项目、学术会议,在导师指导下开展研究并撰写论文,与导师谈经论道感悟人生等,在理论水平、科研能力等方面有较大进步,特别是在英语的学习上有了很大的提高。这也说明境外访问学者的培养模式是高校青年教师有效的发展途径。

This also shows that the training mode of overseas visiting scholars is an effective way to develop young teachers in colleges and universities.
