转换层是实现改变竖向受力点位置的大型水平构件,带转换层的高层建筑受力复杂并有其支撑系统自身的特点,跟多层建筑有所区别的是,高层建筑一般都是多功能型的,建筑物低层需要用来做大跨度的商场或者酒店,而高层小跨度的住宅楼其结构也和单一用途高层楼层不同,因而为了够平衡荷载,往往需要一层转换层来进行结构转换,一般常见的转换层有梁式、板式、箱式和架式。本文就简单的工程案例,从高层建筑转换层的特点、高层建筑转换层结构施工分析具体阐述了转换层施工的质量控制要点,以期为相关人员提供参考。
