在我国实行班级授课的情况下,融合教育班级的教师既要面向大多数学生,不能因为照顾几位特殊学生而放慢进度,影响普通生的学习,又需要给特殊学生更多的关爱、指导和帮助,有限的教学时间和指导精力与特殊学生的较高需求形成了尖锐的矛盾。要增加学生的有效学习时间,在大班授课,无法兼顾的情况下,借用小伙伴当小先生来辅导帮助特殊学生(即伙伴教学法)便成了一种有效的教学方法。本文就伙伴教学法具体实施策略进行阐述,并对伙伴教学的成效进行评价。
