在前面研究高产磷脂酶C(PLC)菌株筛选及其抗血小板功能的基础上 ,对新筛选的四株高产PLC的75 4 1、779、970和 110 7菌株进行了鉴定和分类。通过形态特征、培养特征、生理生化特征以及 16SrRNA序列测定及其同源性分析 ,证实 75 4 1菌株与Bacilluscereus基本一致 ,因此将 75 4 1菌株分类属于蜡状芽孢杆菌 ,命名为蜡状芽孢杆菌深圳株 75 4 1,B cereusshenzhen 75 4 1strain。而 779、970和 110 7三株菌则与Bacillusmycoides基本一致 ,因而将这三株菌分类属于蕈状芽孢杆菌 ,分别命名为蕈状芽孢杆菌深圳株 779,B mycoidesshenzhen 779strain ,蕈状芽孢杆菌深圳株 970 ,B mycoidesshenzhen 970strain ,和蕈状芽孢杆菌深圳株 110 7,B mycoidesshenzhen 110 7strain。这将为进一步利用这些菌株及其PLC打下坚实的基础。
Based on previous studies on the screening of high-yielding phospholipase C (PLC) strains and their anti-platelet function, the newly screened 75 4 1, 779, 970 and 1107 strains of high-yield PLC were identified and classified. Through the morphological, cultural characteristics, physiological and biochemical characteristics, 16S rRNA sequence analysis and homology analysis, it was confirmed that the 75 4 1 strain was basically identical with Bacilluscereus. Therefore, the 75 4 1 strain was classified as Bacillus cereus and named Bacillus cereus Shenzhen strain 75 4 1, B cereusshenzhen 75 4 1strain. However, the three strains of 779, 970 and 1107 were basically the same as Bacillusmycoides. Therefore, the three strains were classified as Bacillus mushrooms, named as Bacillus beigenes Shenzhen strain 779, B mycoidesshenzhen 779 strain, 970, B mycoidesshenzhen 970 strain, and Bacillus beigenes Shenzhen strain 110 7, B mycoidesshenzhen 110 7 strain. This will lay a solid foundation for further utilization of these strains and their PLCs.
