测量不同温度下的正电子寿命谱,对于研究凝聚态物质的微观结构、缺陷以及相变具有重要意义。实验所用温度装置的好坏,对于能否顺利地进行变温测量起着重要作用。一个好的温度装置应该具备以下性能:1.合适的温度控制范围和较好的控温精度。2.不因为使用控温装置过多地增大两探头间的距离使寿命谱仪系统计数率下降。3.对谱仪时间分辨率影响较小。
Measuring the positron lifetime spectrum at different temperatures is of great significance for studying the microstructure, defects and phase transition of condensed matter. Experimental temperature device used is good or bad, for the smooth temperature measurement can play an important role. A good temperature device should have the following properties: 1. Suitable temperature control range and better temperature control accuracy. 2. Not because of the use of temperature control device too much to increase the distance between the two probes to make the life of the spectrometer system count rate down. 3 on the spectrometer time resolution less affected.
