庆阳市农村中小学校布局调整现状及对策研究

自2002年农村税费改革以来,庆阳市作为甘肃省首批农村学校撤并对象,按照省统一部署,大力调整农村教育布局。经过了近十年学校布局调整,在减轻财政压力,提高中心办学的规模效应等方面确实取得了显著成果。但因中小学校布局调整受地理环境、经济条件、文化环境以及学校管理等多方面因素的影响。调整后的农村学校存在巨型学校,辍学率增加,寄宿制学校管理不当等问题急需解决。 Since the reform of rural taxes and levies in 2002, Qingyang City, as the first batch of rural schools in Gansu Province, has been reorganized and the rural education layout has been adjusted vigorously in accordance with the unified deployment of the province. After nearly 10 years of school layout adjustment, it has made remarkable achievements in reducing financial pressure and improving the scale effect of running a school. However, due to the adjustment of the layout of primary and secondary schools by the geographical environment, economic conditions, cultural environment and school management and many other factors. There is an urgent need to address such issues as the existence of giant schools in the adjusted rural schools, an increase in the drop-out rate and the inadequate management of boarding schools.
