即使在最完美的条件下,管理一个软件项目也是很困难的。对项目经理(特别是那些实质上没有受到任何就职培训的新手)而言,一个越来越迫切的愿望是:尽快丰富自己的实战经验,提高应变能力和操作技巧,满足项目的需要。 以国内某大型国有企业(以下简称“H公司”)为例,有几个成熟的管理经验供项目经理参考。
