目的建立呼出气中甲苯的固相微萃取-气相色谱测定方法。方法将呼出气中甲苯经固相微萃取头富集10 min,在150℃下解吸3 min,经FFAP弹性石英毛细管柱(30 m×0.54 mm,0.25μm)分离,FID检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果甲苯在0.173~56.713 mg/m3线性范围内具有良好线性关系,回归方程为y=14.663x+6.303 2,r=0.999 3。该方法的检出限为0.01mg/m3,定量下限为0.03mg/m3,平均回收率为89.4%~96.2%,RSD为4.1%~8.1%。现场共存物不干扰甲苯的测定。结论该方法具有操作简便快速、污染小、方法重现性好、线性范围宽等特点,适用于呼出气中甲苯的检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of toluene in exhaled air by solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography.
