骨科手术后疼痛对患者的危害已为广大医生所共识,病人因痛苦而造成身体机能、免疫力下降.同时由于疼痛,患者不敢早期肢体锻炼,往往会造成肢体功能障碍.因此,术后镇痛对骨关节功能恢复有重要意义.现就对骨科术后疼痛的评估、各种常用治疗方式的疗效、目前国内外新进展进行综述.
