苏联有关设计科研院对工业企业中钢筋混凝土结构的加固和修复工艺进行了全面的研究,并根据一定的工艺特征对加固方法进行了分类。在编制加固方法时,所采用的施工工艺应与所使用的机具设备相适应,应优先采用高度工厂化的统一构件。如果采用加浇混凝土的加固方法,所设计构件的外形尺寸应保证混凝土拌合物浇注方便。加浇混凝土的合理断面设计如图1所示。此外,所采用的模板也应保证混凝土浇捣方便。图2是一种自承重的模板,模板固定在加固外套层的刚性配筋骨架上。根据浇注方法的不同,加固层的混凝土
The Soviet Union’s design scientific research institute conducted a comprehensive study on the reinforcement and repairing technology of reinforced concrete structures in industrial enterprises, and classified the reinforcement methods according to certain technological features. In the preparation of the reinforcement method, the construction process used should be compatible with the equipment used, and priority should be given to the use of highly factory-integrated components. If concrete reinforcement methods are used, the dimensions of the designed components should ensure that the concrete mix is easily poured. The reasonable section design of pouring concrete is shown in Figure 1. In addition, the template used should also ensure easy concrete pouring.
