本文以废旧橡胶为原料,采用卧式旋转裂解技术,将蒸发出的气体通入降压包中进行降压分离,冷凝液后添加其它功能助剂,通过混溶的方式,研发了一款可用于废旧沥青再生的沥青再生剂。并根据08版《公路沥青路面再生技术规范》与《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》对研发的再生剂与再生沥青进行技术性能评价。试验结果表明:本文研发的再生剂60℃粘度值较高,老化后粘度与质量变化较小,闪点较低,稳定性较好,但在使用过程中应注重施工安全;同时发现,再生剂对废旧沥青的再生效果与再生剂的用量并不线性相关,在考虑经济因素的前提下,存在一个最佳掺量,针对本次试验,本文研发的再生剂最佳掺量为15%,低于同类型再生剂的最佳掺量。
