本文参照系统理论的一些基本观点,结合铁路货运营销实践中的点滴体会,分析了我国铁路货运营销现状及存在的问题,并通过对货物运输需求、服务质量及各自影响因素的分析,探讨了加快铁路货运营销发展步伐的有效途径和方法。一是培育一支面向市场、专兼结合的营销队伍,提高服务质量,完善服务机能;二是建立一套营销工作激励约束考核制度,使营销工作的好坏、营销效益的高低,与职工的切身利益紧密挂钩;三是采取各种手段,积极开拓货运市场。
