归县安达运输总公司是1993年6月建立的，下设归客运公司、茅坪经营开发公司、货运公司、汽车大修厂，现有职工267人，固定资产1348万元。总公司组建以来，以建立市场经济条件下的公司内部经营机制为目标，不断深化内部改革，探索出一条成功之路，取得了较好成效：a）企业增效。
