针对高压电机启动过程中的电网电压凹陷,以及电网枢纽点的母线电压波动等电能质量问题,提出了一种基于PLC调控自给直流励磁磁阀式可控电抗器的新型高压电机软启动方式.该方法克服了传统软启动方式装置体积大、谐波较大、对环境要求高、可靠性低、价格昂贵等缺点.结合自励式磁控软启动器基于恒流启动的控制策略,开发出基于16位单片机(Intel 80C196KC)和可编程逻辑控制器(PLC,Siemens S7-200)相结合的软启动器控制装置.“,”In light of the voltage sag during the starting of medium-voltage(MV, 3-10 kV) motors, and voltage fluctuations of bus bar in high-voltage power grid, the paper researches a new high-voltage soft starter based on programmable logic controller (PLC) regulated auto-excitation magnetically controlled reactor (MCR), which has overcome the disadvantages of the traditional soft starter, such as bulky, greater harmonics, highly demands on the environment, low reliability, high cost, etc . This paper researches constant current starting control strategies of auto-excitation MCR soft starter and develops the controller based on 16-bit microcontroller (Intel 80C196KC) and PLC (Siemens S7-200).
