核材料总公司及其子公司(阿库达矿业公司,西部矿业公司和阿伊尔矿业公司)现在经营法国和尼日尔的五座工厂,每年加工铀矿石共320万吨,不包括前不久因矿采完而停产的一座工厂。这些在近25年间建设的工厂,加工脉状花岗岩和沉积砂岩两类性质很不相同的矿石。本文先介绍固液分离设施——浓密机和分级机进行矿浆洗涤的实例,接着介绍不同类型过滤机,即大型与小型转鼓过滤机和带式过滤机。在本文第三部分中比较用不同类型的过滤机处理同一矿浆时所得的结果以及采用分级机与采用带式过滤机所得到的结果。
The Nuclear Materials Corporation and its subsidiaries (Akuta, Western Mines and Ayer Mines) now operate five plants in France and the Niger, processing 3.2 million tonnes of uranium ore each year, excluding the recent End of mining and production of a factory. These plants, built in nearly 25 years, process two very different types of ores of vein-shaped granites and sedimentary sandstones. This article first introduces the solid-liquid separation facilities - thickener and classifier for pulp washing example, followed by the introduction of different types of filter, that is, large and small drum filter and belt filter. In the third part of this paper, we compare the results obtained when using the same type of filter to process the same pulp and the results obtained with the classifier and the belt filter.
