新医改政策提出建设全民医保的总体架构,将“全民医保”的实现作为我国医疗保障制度的终极目标,意味着一个全民医保时代的到来。如何抓住医保机遇,服务全民医保发展,是当今社会各界研究的重要课题。文章从强化意识,树立服务的理念;多方宣传,提高医保覆盖面;因地制宜,建立多元化体系;健全法制,凸显医保权威性和城乡统筹,实现可持续发展五个方面进行了相关探讨。
The new health care reform policy proposes that the overall framework for building a universal health insurance should be taken as the ultimate goal of China’s medical insurance system by means of “universal health insurance,” meaning the arrival of an universal health insurance era. How to seize the opportunity of health insurance and serve the development of universal health insurance is an important issue in all circles of society today. Articles from strengthening awareness, establish service concept; multi-party publicity to improve health insurance coverage; measures to local conditions, the establishment of a diversified system; improve the legal system, highlighting the authority of medical insurance and urban and rural areas to achieve sustainable development in five aspects were discussed.
