鉴定结果表明,海南香蕉花叶病的病原病毒为黄瓜花叶病毒(CMv)。该病毒可通过莴苣指管蚜、玉米蚜和豆蚜传播。首次发现假败酱、白落葵、鸡蛋果三种植物是人工接种的新寄主。该病毒可制备抗血清,效价达1:128。抗血清与提纯病毒进行琼脂双扩散反应,出现肉眼可见的特异沉淀带。制备的抗血清可用于检测香蕉种苗及繁殖材料的带毒情况
The identification results showed that the pathogenic virus of Hainan banana mosaic disease was cucumber mosaic virus (CMv). The virus can be transmitted through lettuce as aphids, corn aphids and bean aphids. For the first time, it was discovered that the three kinds of plants, artificial leave inoculation, white dropwort and egg fruit were new hosts. The virus can be prepared antisera, titer up to 1: 128. Antiserum and purified virus agar double diffusion reaction, appeared with the naked eye visible specific precipitation zone. The prepared antiserum can be used to detect the poisoning of banana seedlings and propagation materials
