应用功率键合图对1种液压支架用高水基大流量电液阀研究系统进行了建模,在VC6.0环境下对其动态特性进行仿真分析。用试验验证了仿真模型的正确性,并分析了影响电液阀换向性能的因素。
A kind of high-water-base high-flow electro-hydraulic valve research system for a hydraulic support was modeled using power bond graph, and its dynamic characteristics were simulated and analyzed in VC 6.0 environment. The correctness of the simulation model is verified by experiments, and the factors that affect the commutation performance of the electro-hydraulic valve are analyzed.
