某型发动机固定低压压气机进气道导向器叶片挡板的铆钉发生断裂脱落故障,通常会打坏高低压压气机叶片,甚至造成飞机严重损伤,给飞行安全带来巨大威胁。通过使用高频、微型双晶片纵波探头探伤技术,合理设计制作专用探头、对比样件,确定仪器参数,消除盲区、界面波等因素影响,可以有效实现铆钉早期疲劳裂纹的探伤。
