选择华东地区7个有代表性试点分析了近年育成和推广的8个甘蓝型单、双低油菜品种的含油量和主要脂肪酸组分的稳定性表现.结果表明,参试品种多数为稳定性品种;双低油菜浙引84-7和Tower两品种含油量高,稳定性较好.油菜品种芥酸的回归系数和变异系数变化最大,亚油酸和亚麻酸次之,而油酸则较稳定.浙引84-7的亚油酸含量最高,适宜于高纬度地区种植;而其芥酸含量最低,且具平均稳定性.此外,还探讨了油菜品种脂肪酸组分稳定性不够理想的原因
Seven representative pilot programs in East China were selected to analyze the oil content and the stability of the main fatty acid components of eight single and double canola cultivars cultivated and popularized in recent years. The results showed that most of the tested cultivars were stable varieties. The double-low rapeseed Zheyou 84-7 and Tower two cultivars had high oil content and good stability. The coefficient of variation and coefficient of variation of rapeseed erucic acid had the largest change, linoleic acid and linolenic acid followed, and oleic acid was more stable. Zhejiang lead 84-7 the highest linoleic acid content, suitable for planting in high latitudes; and its lowest erucic acid, and with an average stability. In addition, the reasons for the unsatisfactory stability of fatty acid components in rapeseed varieties were also discussed
