文中首先对底盘测功机的基本结构、加载原理和测力原理进行了介绍;然后建立了底盘测功机的动力学模型,根据汽车在真实道路上和在底盘测功机上驱动力相等这一条件,分析了电机加载的原则;最后以此为根据,分别对转鼓寄生损失补偿、惯量模拟的实现、以及道路阻力的设置进行了分析。
In this paper, the basic structure, loading principle and force-measuring principle of chassis dynamometer are firstly introduced. Then the dynamic model of chassis dynamometer is established. According to the fact that the driving force of the car on the real road and on the dynamometer of the chassis is equal The principle of motor loading is analyzed. Finally, based on this, the compensation of the parasitic loss of the drum, the realization of inertia simulation and the setting of road resistance are analyzed respectively.
