例1,男性,35岁,既往无药物过敏史。2000年8月20日,口服环丙沙星片15分钟急诊来院。15分钟前因腹泻自服环丙沙星片(浙江医药股份有限公司新昌制药厂,生产批号为000303)0.4g,12～13分钟左右出现胸闷,心悸,心慌,面色苍白,全身出冷汗。入院查体:神志淡漠,脉搏细数,呼吸26次/min,血压为O,四肢湿冷,头面及躯干散布大小不等红色皮疹,心率130次/min,心音低弱,考虑过敏性休克。即给予吸氧,肾上腺素1mg肌注,地塞米松10mg静推,10%葡萄糖酸钙10ml加25%葡萄糖20ml微泵静推,多巴胺40mg加5%葡萄糖250ml静滴。5分钟后症状好转。血压回升至90/60mmHg。30分钟后症状消
