目的探讨迷走神经在胸腺细胞输出过程中的作用。方法实验采取颈部右侧迷走神经切断术,应用免疫组织化学结合图像分析方法观察术后大鼠胸腺CD4/CD8阳性细胞表达及分布变化情况。结果CD4、CD8阳性细胞分布于大鼠胸腺特定区域,迷走神经切断后数量减少、染色光密度降低;分布区域变小。结论迷走神经切断术后,胸腺中未成熟T细胞减少,成熟T细胞数量相对增多。迷走神经在T细胞发育及输出过程中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the role of vagus nerve in thymocyte export. Methods The vagotomy on the right side of the neck was performed. The expression and distribution of CD4 / CD8 positive cells in thymus of rats were observed by immunohistochemistry and image analysis. Results The number of CD4 and CD8 positive cells distributed in the thymus area of rats. The number of CD4 and CD8 positive cells decreased after the vagotomy, and the optical density decreased. The distribution area became smaller. Conclusion After vagotomy, the number of immature T cells in the thymus decreased and the number of mature T cells increased. Vagal nerve plays an important role in T cell development and export.
