目的:建立艾纳香挥发油栓的质量控制标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对艾纳香进行定性鉴别,气相色谱法测定龙脑含量。结果:薄层鉴别可以检测出艾纳香对应的斑点,斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;龙脑对照品在0.025~1.60mg·mL-1之间线性关系良好(r2=0.9997),平均回收率为98.34%(RSD为0.42%,n=6)。结论:该方法操作简单,准确性高,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality control standard of Anemone volatile oil suppository. Methods: Qualitative identification of Amoxicillin by thin layer chromatography, determination of borneol content by gas chromatography. Results: Thin-layer identification can detect the corresponding spots of Anemarrhena, the spots are clear, and the negative control has no interference. The reference standard of borneol has good linearity (r2 = 0.9997) between 0.025 and 1.60 mg · mL-1, the average recovery 98.34% (RSD 0.42%, n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
