目的 研究爆炸减压对兔肺的损伤作用。 方法 将42 只家兔和10 只大鼠分组进行慢升压慢减压实验和爆炸减压实验。 结果 慢升压慢减压对肺不造成明显的损伤;爆炸减压引起不同程度的肺损伤,减压幅度越大,减压时间越短,伤情就越重。 结论 爆炸减压能引起类似冲击波和快速减压( 对大动物) 所造成的肺损伤;肺损伤的重要力学因素可能是肺泡壁的拉伸应力或应变和肺表面的碰撞。
Objective To study the effect of detrital decompression on lung injury in rabbits. Methods 42 rabbits and 10 rats were subdivided into slow decompression slow decompression test and explosion decompression test. Results Slow decompression slow decompression does not cause significant damage to the lungs; Explosive decompression caused varying degrees of lung injury, the greater the decompression range, decompression time is shorter, the heavier the injury. Conclusions Explosive decompression can cause lung injury similar to shock wave and rapid decompression (to large animals); the important mechanical factor of lung injury may be the tensile stress or strain of alveolar wall and the collision of lung surface.
