石油一、二厂轻质油回收车间投入生产后,回收了大量轻质油。轻质油馏分基本上与汽油馏分相同,但因含不饱和馏分多,含硫多,在空气中极易氧化生焦,所以必须经过精制才能变成产品出厂。但用酸碱洗涤法损失大,质量低,只有采用加氢法来处理在经济上较合理。去年九月我们接受了处理一、二厂轻质油的任(?),当时对处理轻质油毫无经验,小型试验供给我们的数据只有结焦堵塞严重,至于结焦因素及防止措施都没有试验数据。但为了支持一、二厂的生产,只好先进行试生产,试生产时采取了与一号油混对处理及纯轻质油处理等各种方法。试验结果结焦现象均严重(但随着稀释程度的不同结焦也有不同),处理纯轻质油运转最多不过一星期。
