教学光盘的开发研制：立意高远,队伍强大为了推进我国基础教育的均衡发展,使西部和教育欠发达地区的学生尽快接受高质量的教育,根据教育部、国家发展和改革委员会、财政部2003年实施的“现代远程教育工程试点示范项目”的精神,在三部委领导的关心和指导下人民教育出版社及其所属的人民教育电子音像出版社通过组织优质的教学资源,开发制作了小学各科系列教学光盘。本套教学光盘由教育部基础教育司直接指导,人民教育出版社总体策划,组织国内外课程设计专家、教材编写专家、学科教学专家以及音像制作专家共同研制开发。本套教学光盘的使用：凸显专业性质,有利师生发展涵盖了全日制义务教育课程标准教材中规定的全部知识点和能力要求,并体现了培养学乍正确的情感、态度和价值观。以“小班教学”的形式模拟教学过程,便于课堂使用和教师备课参考,整个教学过程反映了现代教育理念、教学改革和素质教育的要求,其目的在于通过小规模教学的方式,使学生能够积极主动地参与学习,使教师通过使用光盘在教学思想、教学内容、教学方法等方面有所启迪。教学过程生动活泼,通过现代教育技术手段充分调动学生的参与性、互动性,特别是偏远地区和贫困地区的学生,可以通过生动、鲜活的教学实景开阔视野、增长见识。
