对101例胃癌1:1病例对照调查资料进行了分析。条件Logistic回归模型表明,胃癌的主要危险因素为不良饮食习惯(包括生气吃饭、饮食不定时、喜烫食、进食快、暴饮暴食、喜于冷硬食)、胃病史、一级亲属胃癌史、精神创伤、豆类及新鲜蔬菜摄入量少等。胃癌患者一级亲属的遗传率为52.4±6.48%。
101 cases of gastric cancer 1: 1 case-control survey data were analyzed.
