加强水电企业财会人员的后续教育和专业培训,有利于推动企业整体管理水平的提升。应从八个方面开拓培训工作的思路:多层次培训与财务骨干培训相结合;法规、准则培训与综合产业知识培训相结合;“走出去”培训与“请进来”培训相结合;培训中的监督与培训后的考核相结合;日常业务自学与集中知识竞赛相结合;课本上的学习与实地参观学习相结合;日常业务培训和职称考试培训相结合;所属单位提出培训计划与企业集团实施培训相结合。
The follow-up education and professional training for finance and accounting staff of hydropower enterprises should be strengthened to promote the improvement of the overall management level of enterprises.
