现代教育中,教师作为主导者,教师师德以及行为习惯会对学生产生较大的影响,良好的师德会为学生树立良好的榜样,让学生养成良好的行为习惯。小学教育是学校教育的基础,会直接影响到学生的综合素质,也会对学生的未来产生重要影响,因此必须要重视小学教育的质量,小学教师要具备良好的师德,给学生树立良好的榜样。本文就小学教师师德对学生的影响进行系统分析,并探究教师如何培养良好的师德。
In modern education, teacher as the leader, teachers, teachers and ethics and behavior will have a greater impact on students, a good teacher morality will set a good example for students to develop good habits for students.
