目的探讨胸部次低剂量(50mAs)CT普查对冠状动脉钙化的评价。方法在低剂量(20mAs)肺癌筛查的同时,选取36个具有冠心病(CAD)高危因素的志愿者行次低剂量(50mAs)心脏扫描,用回顾性心电门控技术采集图像后,分别统计每支冠脉钙化的个数和总的冠脉钙化数;比较两种剂量扫描的图像对肺内结构和纵膈结构的显示。结果次低剂量与低剂量扫描对冠脉的显示有明显的差异,前者获得的图像佳,显示病灶多,并且对肺内结构和纵膈结构的显示也优。结论胸部次低剂量扫描不仅可以完成肺癌的筛查还能完成CAD的筛查,一次检查完成两种疾病的“双筛查”。
Objective To evaluate the assessment of coronary artery calcification in sub-low thoracic (50mAs) CT screening. Methods Thirty-six volunteers with risk factors for coronary heart disease (CAD) were enrolled in this study. Low-dose (50mAs) cardiac scanning was performed at low dose (20mAs) lung cancer screening. Calculate the number of coronary artery calcification and the total number of coronary calcification; comparison of two dose-scan images of the lung structure and mediastinal structure of the display. Results Sub-low-dose and low-dose scanning of the coronary artery showed obvious differences, the former obtained good images, showing lesions and lung structure and mediastinal structure of the display is also superior. Conclusion The second low-dose chest scan can not only complete the screening of lung cancer but also complete the screening of CAD, a check to complete the two diseases “double screening.”
