从对环境振动频谱分析得出了对隔振器的设计要求,并分析了低压充气囊式空气弹簧的隔振特性。建立了球壳气囊模型,导出了计算f_0和β的公式,从而指出它兼有固有频率低和额定负荷小、阻尼因子大的特点。能使全息台接近临界阻尼的优良隔振状态,因而使全息台具备轻便、小型隔振优良的特点。
The design requirements of the vibration isolator are derived from the analysis of the environmental vibration spectrum, and the vibration isolation characteristics of the low-pressure air-bag air spring are analyzed. The spherical shell airbag model is established and the formulas for calculating f_0 and β are deduced. It is pointed out that it has the characteristics of low natural frequency, small rated load and large damping factor. Can make the holographic stage close to the excellent damping state of the critical damping, thus making the holographic stage have the characteristics of light weight and small vibration isolation.
