“以为人本”是科学发展观的本质、核心和灵魂,把“以人为本”体现在企业的管理当中,努力做到相信依靠、关爱善待员工,是当前管理者需要关注的问题之一。电信行业在全业务经营后,面对市场竞争激烈、成本资源紧缺、营销难度大、工作负荷加重、工资待遇降低这些压力,使员工产生消极的思想情况,挫伤他们的工作积极性。在这种情况下,传统的员工管理模式已经不适应企业的现状,“以人为本”的管理理论为员工、企业管理者的共识。员工是企业可持续发展的关键因素。要通过人文关护和心理疏导缓解员工的压力,让员工统一思想、以饱满的工作热情、高昂的斗志投入工作,这是我们要研究的课题。
“People thought ” is the nature, core and soul of the scientific concept of development, “people-oriented ” is reflected in the management of enterprises, and strive to believe that rely on, care and kindness of employees, is the current managers need to pay attention to the problem one. Facing the pressures of intense market competition, scarce resources and resources, difficult marketing, heavier workloads and lower wages, the telecommunications industry has created negative thinking and dampened their enthusiasm in the face of full-service operation. In this case, the traditional staff management model has not adapted to the status quo of enterprises, “people-oriented ” management theory for employees, business managers consensus. Staff is the key factor for sustainable development of enterprises. To alleviate the pressure of employees through humanistic care and psychological counseling, let employees unify thinking, work full of enthusiasm, and high morale into the work, which is the subject of our study.
