美国、英国、加拿大、澳大利亚、新西兰、苏格兰的企业档案宏观管理体制各有千秋,但都表现出高度自由的企业档案宏观管理环境,积极推动国家企业档案战略的研究,并有多元的社会化力量参与。我国企业档案宏观管理体制未来发展可借鉴国外经验,积极推动依法治档,优化行政手段,发挥社会化力量的作用。 The macroeconomic management systems of the United States, Britain, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Scotland have their own strengths and weaknesses. However, they both display a highly liberal macro management environment for corporate archives and actively promote the research on the national enterprise archival strategy with the participation of diverse social forces. The future development of macro-management system for enterprise archives in our country can learn from foreign experience and actively promote the administration of archives according to law, optimize administrative measures and give play to the role of socialization forces.
