为了发挥“企业资源规划(ERP)”的威力,控制其可能带来的风险,提出了一种新的ERP风险因素的评估方法——“企业资源规划功能配置法(EFD)”。以往的风险评估方法,主要是以概率论为基础的决策书、故障树等简单工具,或是神经网络,网络评审技术等高级方法。该方法运用了“质量功能配置(QFD)”的原理,将ERP的特性转化为对企业运作的要求,从而得出企业成功实施ERP需要满足的条件。实例分析表明,该方法可以消除概率论的估算困难,并减少解决问题的复杂性。
In order to exert the power of “Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)” and control its potential risks, a new assessment method of ERP risk factors - “Enterprise Resource Planning Function Configuration (EFD)” is proposed. The past risk assessment methods are mainly based on the probability theory-based decision-making, such as fault tree and other simple tools, or neural networks, network assessment techniques and other advanced methods. This method uses the principle of “QFD” and transforms the characteristics of ERP into the requirements for the operation of an enterprise, so as to obtain the conditions that enterprises need to meet in order to successfully implement ERP. The case study shows that this method can eliminate the estimation difficulty of probability theory and reduce the complexity of problem solving.
