目的探讨时间-空间相关成像技术对正常妊娠胎儿心脏生长发育的研究价值。方法选取进行胎儿超声心动检查的正常妊娠孕妇160例,按孕周分为<24w、24-27+6w、28-31+6w、32-36w 4组。运用时间-空间相关成像技术后处理获得M型图像,测量胎儿心室收缩及舒张末期内径、心室壁及室间隔收缩及舒张末期厚度。结果正常妊娠胎儿心室收缩及舒张末期内径、心室壁及室间隔收缩及舒张末厚度均随孕周的增加而增加,P值<0.05。结论正常妊娠胎儿心脏生长发育随孕周的增加逐渐成熟。
Objective To investigate the value of time-space-related imaging in the development of fetal heart during normal pregnancy. Methods 160 pregnant women with normal pregnancy who underwent fetal echocardiography were divided into four groups according to gestational age: <24w, 24-27 + 6w, 28-31 + 6w, 32-36w. M-type images were obtained by post-processing using time-space-related imaging technique, and the fetal ventricular systolic and diastolic diameters, ventricular wall and ventricular septal contraction and end-diastolic thickness were measured. Results Fetal ventricular contraction, end-diastolic diameter, ventricular wall and ventricular septal contraction and end-diastolic thickness of normal fetuses increased with gestational weeks increasing, P <0.05. Conclusion Fetal heart growth in normal pregnancy gradually matures with the increase of gestational age.
