福农38号系从组合粤糖83-257×粤糖83-271中经多年选育出的中熟高产高糖强宿根适应性广甘蔗新品种,并于2013年通过国家鉴定。多年多点试验结果表明,福农38号出苗较好,苗壮,分蘖力强,植株高,中大茎,易脱叶,57号毛群不发达,高抗黑穗病,高抗花叶病,抗逆性强。平均蔗茎产量104.21t/hm2,分别比对照种新台糖22号、新台糖16号增产4.53%、10.76%。11—12月平均蔗糖分14.48%;1—3月平均蔗糖分15.53%;11—3平均蔗糖分15.08%,分别比对照新台糖22号、新台糖16号高0.24%、0.49%。平均蔗糖产量15.69t/hm2,分别比对照种新台糖22号、新台糖16号增糖6.16%、14.28%。
Funong 38 was a mid-maturing high-yield and high-sugar-tolerant new sugarcane variety with long-term selection from the combination of Yuesang 83-257 × Yueshun 83-271, and passed the national appraisal in 2013. The result of multi-year trial showed that Fu-nong 38 had better emergence, strong seedling, strong tillering ability, high plant height, large stem, easy to defoliate, underdeveloped 57th hair group, high resistance to smut, Disease, strong resistance.
