对教师参加培训前后问题关注情况进行调查,既可借此评估其专业发展状况,也可借此评估培训效果并为制定更有针对性的培训方案提供依据。本研究通过对青海省国培班69名农村幼儿园教师在培训前后对四类问题关注程度的问卷调查,发现培训后教师对四类问题的关注水平都有显著提高,表明培训效果较好,这为农村幼儿园教师的培训提供了若干有益经验:(1)坚持“专而精”的培训目标定位。(2)建立以需求评估、课程指引、过程管理和效果评估为核心的培训体系。(2)注意平衡培训中“顺应”和“引领”的关系,以促使教师形成可持续发展能力。
To investigate teachers’ concerns before and after training, we can assess the professional development of teachers and assess the effectiveness of training as well as provide a basis for formulating more targeted training programs. Through the questionnaire survey of 69 rural kindergarten teachers in Qinghai Province before and after training about the four kinds of questions, we found that the level of attention to the four kinds of questions after the training is significantly improved, which shows that the training effect is better It provides some useful experiences for the training of rural kindergarten teachers: (1) Adhere to the training goal of “specialization and refinement”. (2) Establish a training system centered on needs assessment, course guidance, process management and effectiveness evaluation. (2) Pay attention to balance the relationship between “conforming” and “leading” in the training so as to promote teachers’ ability of sustainable development.
