在数字化技术迅猛发展的今天,研究利用计算机和通信技术提升民机飞行试验效率、确保飞行试验安全、减少飞行试验架次、缩短飞行试验周期、降低飞行试验成本,高效处理、有效利用飞行试验数据,构建民机试飞数字化平台,加快民机项目研制成功,是我们面临的巨大挑战。为了满足民机飞行试验过程中各个单位之间的协同,试飞数据全生命周期管理和适航审定要求,同时为了提升民机试飞效率,必须开展民机试飞数字化建设。而试飞测试参数作为贯穿民机试飞整个生命周期的重要元素,它的数字化设计对整个民机数字化建设起着关键性的作用。
