河南省成人教育的发展面临很多问题,一是办学规模小、质量差、专业面窄;二是在校学员少、招生困难;三是收入少、难以发展。同时,河南是全国人口第一大省,农村人口多,受教育的水平低,严重影响着农村乃至全省的经济发展。成人教育院校必须进一步解放思想,转变作风,发展面向农村和农民的教育,推动河南成人教育事业的发展。 The development of adult education in Henan Province faces many problems. First, it has a small scale, poor quality and a narrow specialty. Second, it has fewer students and difficulties in enrollment. Third, it has less income and is hard to develop. At the same time, Henan is the largest province in the country with a large population in the rural areas and a low level of education, seriously affecting the economic development in rural areas and even the province. Adult education institutions must further emancipate their minds, change their style, develop education for rural areas and peasants, and promote the development of adult education in Henan.
