目的研究川芎嗪、丹参注射液静脉注射对正常状态及实验性微循环障碍小鼠脑微循环的影响。方法采用闭合式颅骨开窗法应用JI-200激光多普勒微循环动态分析仪观察静脉注射上述药物在生理状态及高分子右旋糖苷所致微循环障碍时小鼠脑微区血流量的变化。结果两药均可增加正常状态下和微循环障碍时小鼠脑微区血流量。结论静脉注射丹参、川芎嗪注射液具有改善正常状态下和微循环障碍时的脑微循环。
Objective To study the effects of intravenous injection of tetramethylpyrazine and salvia miltiorrhiza on brain microcirculation in mice with normal state and experimental microcirculatory disturbance. Methods Closed skull window was used to observe the changes of blood flow in the brain micro-zones of mice by intravenous injection of JI-200 laser Doppler microcirculatory dynamic analyzer in physiological state and microcirculation caused by high molecular weight dextran. . Results Both drugs increased blood flow in the brain microdomains during normal and microcirculatory disturbances. Conclusion Intravenous salvia miltiorrhiza injection and ligustrazine injection can improve brain microcirculation in normal state and microcirculation disorder.
