成武高速公路沿线隧址区围岩含有大量的泥岩,在开挖过程中将产生大量泥岩弃渣,如何处理堆放这些渣料将是本工程面临的难题之一。另外,该高速公路位于甘肃省陇南山岭重丘区,修筑路基的填料取土较为困难,代价很高。因此,若能将隧道弃泥岩渣成功作为路基填料将不仅解决弃渣场地的选取问题,而且将大大降低路基填料的成本。本文采用现场试验的手段对泥岩弃渣填筑路基的施工工艺开展研究,通过工后沉降监测表明所采用的施工工艺是合理的。
Surrounding rocks in the tunnel area along the Chengwu Expressway contain a large amount of mudstone, which will produce a large amount of mudstone spoil during the excavation. How to deal with these slag materials will be one of the problems in this project. In addition, the expressway is located in the gully area of Longnan mountains in Gansu Province. It is more difficult and costly to build soil for filling roadbed. Therefore, the successful use of tunnel abandoned mudstone as a subgrade filler will not only solve the problem of selecting spoil sites, but also greatly reduce the cost of roadbed filler. In this paper, the field test methods to fill the roadbed of mudstone dregs to carry out construction technology research, monitoring through post-construction settlement shows that the construction process is reasonable.
