目的观察游泳及抚触对新生儿生长发育的影响。方法选取2010年2—8月出生的新生儿80例,均系单胎初产,体重2 700~4 000g,胎龄37~42周,母乳喂养,经家属知情同意后随机分为二组各40例,进行游泳及抚触的为A组(抚触组),按正常新生儿常规护理为B组(对照组)。结果二组新生儿生长发育指标比较,二组新生儿出生时体重量、身长、头围差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),1个月末生长发育指标比较,A组与B组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),二组新生儿智力发育指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论游泳及抚触能促进新生儿生长发育及智力发育。
Objective To observe the effects of swimming and touching on the growth and development of newborns. Methods Eighty newborn infants born from February to August in 2010 were selected. All of them were singleton primiparous, weighing 2700-4000g and gestational age 37-42 weeks. Breastfeeding was conducted with the consent of their relatives and then randomly divided into two groups 40 cases, swimming and touching for the A group (contact group), according to the normal neonatal routine care for the B group (control group). Results There was no significant difference in body weight, body length and head circumference at birth among the two groups (P> 0.05). Compared with the growth and development at the end of one month, the differences between group A and group B There was statistical significance (P <0.01). There was significant difference in mental development index between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion swimming and touching can promote the growth and development of newborns and mental development.
