目的研究新生SD大鼠全横断损伤1h脊髓前角运动神经元外向延迟整流钾电流的变化及川芎嗪(tetramethypyrazine,TMP)对全横断脊髓前角运动神经元外向延迟整流钾电流的影响,探讨TMP治疗脊髓损伤的机制.方法新生SD大鼠22只,随机分成两组:即正常组(n=12)和脊髓T10全横断损伤1h组(n=10),正常组和脊髓全横断损伤1h组又分别灌流8mMTMP.取各组脊髓的L3~L5段,振动切片机切片(厚300μm),36℃孵育
Objective To investigate the effect of tetramethylpyrazine (TMP) on the outward delayed rectifier potassium currents in motoneurons of the spinal cord anterior spinal horn and the effect of tetramethylypyrazine (TMP) on the outward delayed rectifier potassium currents in spinal cord motoneurons of intact transversely injured rats. Treatment of Spinal Cord Injury Mechanism. Methods Twenty-two neonatal SD rats were randomly divided into two groups: the normal group (n=12) and the spinal cord T10 transection injury 1h group (n=10), and the normal group and the whole spinal cord injury group 1h Perfusion of 8mMTMP was also performed. The L3 to L5 segments of the spinal cords were taken and sectioned by a vibratome (thickness 300 μm) and incubated at 36°C.
