上海市商务发展研究中心,是2011年底新一轮机构改革后,由上海市商业经济研究中心、上海市商业信息中心和上海国际经济贸易研究所合并组建。“中心”作为上海市政府决策咨询成员单位,是上海市从事商贸流通及服务经济应用理论研究、决策咨询研究、商贸产业发展规划、商贸信息统计分析、商贸产业和消费市场数据库建设的专业研究机构和信息机构,也是上海主要的国际经济贸易和国际资本的专业研究机构。
Shanghai Business Development Research Center is a new round of institutional reform by the end of 2011. It is formed by the merger of Shanghai Commercial Economics Research Center, Shanghai Commercial Information Center and Shanghai International Economic and Trade Institute. As a member of Decision-making Consultation Unit of Shanghai Municipal Government, Shanghai Center is a professional engaged in theoretical research of commercial circulation and service economy, decision-making consulting research, business and industrial development planning, statistical analysis of business and trade information, construction of commercial and trade industries and consumer market databases Research institutes and information institutes, and also Shanghai’s major specialized research institutes for international economic and trade and international capital.
