目的 :研究穿透性角膜移植治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的治疗效果及手术时机。方法 :根据病情轻重将 12 4例行穿透性角膜移植的真菌性角膜溃疡病人分为甲、乙、丙三组 ,观察分析其疗效。结果 :穿透性角膜移植治疗真菌性角膜溃疡总治愈率可达 98.4% ,术后恢复情况各组差异较大。结论 :穿透性角膜移植是治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的有效方法之一 ,其治疗效果与手术时机的选择密切相关。 Objective: To study the therapeutic effect and operation timing of penetrating keratoplasty on fungal corneal ulcer. Methods: 12 4 patients with fungal corneal ulcer penetrated by penetrating keratoplasty were divided into three groups according to the severity of the disease: group A, group B and group C, and the curative effect was observed and analyzed. Results: The total cure rate of penetrating keratoplasty in treatment of fungal corneal ulcer was 98.4%. There were significant differences between the groups in postoperative recovery. Conclusion: Penetrating keratoplasty is an effective method for the treatment of fungal corneal ulcer. The curative effect is closely related to the choice of timing of surgery.
