作为化工领域的重用换热设备之一,管壳式换热器发挥着重大的作用,并得到了广泛的运用。但是由于商品时代物质速成这一特征的影响,使得换热器会由于选材的不同,加工制造不合理,使用不当等多方面的因素的影响,换热器实效的现象屡见不鲜。换热器的失效,可能会给企业带来不可估量的经济损失,因此对管壳式换热器失效原因、形式、及处理故障的分析很重要。由于换热器内部运行的复杂性,使各种失效形式交错连接并存在着一定的联系和影响,造成各种实施措施不能够和谐统一的进行。
As one of the reusing heat exchangers in the field of chemical industry, shell and tube heat exchangers play a significant role and have been widely used. However, due to the material characteristics of the commodity era, the heat exchangers will be ineffective due to the different material selection, improper manufacture and improper use of the heat exchangers. The phenomenon of heat exchanger effectiveness is not uncommon. The failure of the heat exchanger may bring immeasurable economic losses to the enterprise. Therefore, it is very important to analyze the cause, form and failure of the shell and tube heat exchanger. Due to the complexity of the internal operation of the heat exchanger, various forms of failure are staggered and connected with each other and have certain connection and influence, resulting in various implementation measures can not be conducted in a harmonious and uniform manner.
