针对矿井提升机减速阶段的恒减速运行的要求,采用了一种基于模糊规则的参数自整定PID控制策略,并用PLC编程实现了模糊PID控制算法。通过仿真实验和现场测试,结果表明,提升机在减速段速度跟随性良好,超调量很小,减速平稳无冲击,达到了恒减速运行目的。
In order to meet the requirements of constant deceleration operation during the deceleration phase of mine hoist, a self-tuning PID control strategy based on fuzzy rules is adopted and the fuzzy PID control algorithm is realized by PLC programming. Through the simulation experiment and field test, the results show that the hoisting machine has a good follow-up speed in the deceleration section, a small overshoot and a smooth deceleration without impact, achieving the purpose of constant deceleration operation.
