在当前医疗改革和医院机制转换的过程中,如何进一步加强医院的思想政治工作,充分发挥思想政治工作的优势,及时解决当前医疗单位各项工作中出现的新情况、新问题,是摆在我们医院政工干部面前的迫切任务。思想政治工作和文化建设是在各医疗机构中共有的意识形态,二者既相互依存,又相互渗透,有着不同的内涵及在运作方式上的独有特点。在具体实践中,人们往往忽视了上述二者的区别,对其形成了等同看待的模糊认识。为帮助人们澄清这种观点上的混淆现象,笔者结合本人在医院长期从事思想政治工作和文化建设活动的实践经验,就两者的辩论关系加以探讨,希望这种探讨有助于促进医院思想政治工作和文化建设活动的有效开展和共同发展。
