裂缝性储层由于天然裂缝的发育程度、构造应力的不同,在水力压裂中施工压力会有不同的表现。腰滩油田隐性裂缝发育,是导致压裂施工难度大的主要原因。裂缝性储层并不需要高导流能力的人工裂缝,沟通更多的储层区域和更多的天然裂缝是保证油井压后高产稳产的关键。裂缝性储层水力压裂需解决的关键性问题是有效控制压裂液向天然裂缝的滤失,本文从支撑剂优选、压裂液优化、施工工艺优化这三个角度来研究,保证施工的成功率。通过研究,结合现场施工情况,对施工参数进行优化,取得了较好的效果。
Fractured reservoirs have different performance in hydraulic fracturing due to the development of natural fractures and tectonic stress. The development of the hidden fractures in the Yaotan oilfield is the main reason that makes the construction of fracturing difficult. Fractured reservoirs do not require artificial fractures with high conductivity. Communicating more reservoir areas and more natural fractures is the key to ensuring high and stable production after fracturing. The key problem to be solved in hydraulic fracturing of fractured reservoirs is to effectively control the filtration of fracturing fluid into natural fractures. This paper studies from three aspects of proppant optimization, fracturing fluid optimization and construction process optimization to ensure that Success rate. Through research, combined with the construction site conditions, the construction parameters are optimized, and achieved good results.
